This post is the first of a series that documents experiments to re-generate images.
It’s part of our experimentation within the Traces_COVID-19 project i.e. to investigate interactive and generative ways online art can be created.
In this experiment a function was created that replicates an existing image into unique shapes (with parameters for rotation and scale). We used one or numerous images.
The code was generated using the P5JS (Javascript) library
